Milk Education is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Cardiff to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible! This is a school, who prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.

Teaching Assistant role & responsibilities:
? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
? Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
? Deliver catch-up sessions, one to one support and small group learning
Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
? Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 UK Teaching Assistant qualification
? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
