Recruitment Advisor

Our Teesside based client is an impressive, innovative organisation who is embarking on an exciting phase of growth.

We are working with them exclusively to appoint an enthusiastic, driven Recruitment Advisor who will support the business achieve its growth plans and work as part of the team to drive the Talent Acquisition function forward.

Main responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment campaign management from planning, interviewing, administration to offer management.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and rapport to offer a tailored service with each individual recruitment campaign.
  • Directly manage candidates, evaluating and improving the candidate experience throughout recruitment processes.
  • Develop talent pipelines and foster meaningful relationships with passive and niche talent.
  • Support the development of a best-in-class end to end recruitment and attraction agenda and empowering our employer brand.
  • Embrace a one team ethos across the HR team, working and supporting all colleagues to achieve the delivery of the people strategy.
  • Use of innovative recruitment techniques in addition to web-based advertising.
  • Assist with producing job descriptions and specifications in line with corporate policy.
  • Management and maintenance of the ATS.
  • Support the hiring teams with best practice approaches in keeping with the recruitment and selection UK employment law.

Applicants must have proven end to end recruitment expertise gained from working as part of an in-house recruitment or HR function. The role will suit aspiring Recruitment Advisors who can liaise with manager and senior stakeholders effectively and confidently. The ability to manage multiple, varied vacancies at any one time is essential to the success of this role. The role is based in Middlesbrough and does support hybrid working.
