Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Service Contracts Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, London's leading landmark property cleaning contractor. Our client has a wealth of knowledge, experience, management and resources which allows them to deliver a high level of quality cleaning services. As Soft Service Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Team on-site for a client in London, delivering a first-class service, taking control of the workplace and daily operations. By developing people and relationships, you will build engaged and enabled Teams to support the client FM Team to deliver contract services. The ideal Soft Service Contracts Manager will have a strong customer and client focus, with experience in a customer-facing FM environment. You will be an excellent communicator, delivering clear messages and identifying mutually agreeable solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Soft Service Contracts Manager to join a Team dedicated to providing the highest levels of service to its customers, while developing and expanding on your own skills and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer and client focus - must have experience in a customer facing Facilities Management environment
  • Experience in managing both front line teams and other managers
  • Demonstrates experience of coordinating and supervising soft services and full awareness of H&S issues
  • Experience of commercial management, commercial and financial awareness
  • Ability to negotiate and influence across client and supplier organisations
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Focus on the success of the business
  • Open communication and transparency when liaising with our customers clients and each other
  • Open to listening, understanding and implementing new ideas, concepts and practices
