Requirements for the CDM Principal Designer Role:
- NEBOSH Construction qualification (essential)
- Tech IOSH membership (minimum)
- At least 2 years of experience in CDM Principal Design
- APS membership (preferable)
- Design qualification in Architecture or Engineering (preferable)
