Join our client, a leading organisation in the field, as an Inventory Operative on a temporary basis until the end of January 2025. With a competitive hourly rate starting at £11.86 and the chance to work full-time, your skills and dedication will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular and thorough inventory counts of company assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Implement effective inventory control procedures.
  • Provide detailed inventory reports to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to procedures and protocols.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve world-class results.

As an Inventory Operative, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and high-quality stock. You will be generating daily counts provided by the inventory leads and completing them in various locations throughout the site. Whether you prefer working solo or as part of a team, our client can accommodate both. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately record count results will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.

Oh, and did we mention the working hours? Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a 7:30 AM start time. This allows for a good work-life balance, giving you time to pursue your passions outside of work.
