Our client is seeking a meticulous and efficient Talent Analyst to join their team in London on a 3-month contract basis. What you'll do:
As a Talent Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's talent development strategy. Your primary responsibility will be building a robust and scalable skills framework using Excel. You'll also develop an Excel database that captures responses and transforms them into visually appealing graphs or other formats as required by each business unit. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you compare different teams, businesses, and roles to derive key insights. Additionally, you'll create a PowerPoint template for populating analysis on a repeatable basis across various business units. Lastly, you'll handle ad-hoc HR/Talent data requests, contributing to wider talent-specific projects.
- Build a scalable skills framework for the organisation using Excel
- Develop an Excel database to capture responses and complete analysis into visual formats

- Think broadly about wider HR data sources and insights
- Complete analysis comparing different teams, businesses, roles and derive key insights

Furthermore, your proficiency in PowerPoint for creating templates and populating analysis will be highly beneficial.
