Salary: £13.75/hr PAYE
Full-time temporary until Sept 2024
My client, a hospital in East Grinstead, are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to support managers on operational issues and help implement new strategies for their medical and non-medical staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on staff-related issues (flexible working, leave, sickness absence).
- Manage employee relations issues.
- Arrange formal meetings and investigations, maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with Information Governance requirements.
- Deputise for the Head of Employee Relations and Wellbeing.
- Lead on fostering positive employee relations.
- Advise on pay banding and job evaluation process.
- Develop training programmes for HR issues.
- Analyse workforce information reports.
- Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to monthly Workforce reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a busy HR environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
