Care Assistant (Female)

We are seeking Female only Care Assistants to operate in the Eckington, Killamarsh and Renishaw area.

P osition: Care Assistant Female - This post is exempt under Sch 9 Pt 1 of the Equality Act 2010 and is only open to female applicants
Location: S21 area of Sheffield which includes; Eckington, Killamarsh and Renishaw
Job type: Permanent, Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
Salary: Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift. £12.30 p/hr (drivers) – travel time included

Mileage - 45p per mile drivers. PLUS bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

About You:

No experience necessary!

You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.

For this role we are recruiting:

  • Female applicants
  • Drivers with access to a car and a valid UK driving licence
