Pertemps is pleased to bring to market a brand new, exclusive opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a fabulous organisation in the heart of Glasgow.
This role will work closely with a fantastic, inspirational Finance Manager in a small busy team, and will enjoy working across a variety of finance duties including:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Monthly petty cash/credit card reconciliations
- Cash posting
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supporting Billing/Sales Ledger function
- Supporting some basic data analysis
- Filing and assisting in the transition to paperless
- Occasional minute taking
- Any other ad hoc activities
This role will suit someone who has gained some previously experience in a finance department and who is a positive, proactive individual that like to be busy.

The role will be based on site in the Glasgow office in order to work closely with other stakeholders across the organisation.
