Butler Rose are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our client's warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Focus: Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and secure work atmosphere for all employees.
  • Operational Expertise: Oversee various aspects of warehouse operations, including BRC standards, goods in, dispatch, and picking processes.
  • Objective Setting: Develop and communicate clear daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to team members, fostering a goal-oriented and productive work environment.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise and manage warehouse staff, effectively utilising their skills and potential to optimise warehouse operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all quality requirements are met consistently, upholding the commitment to delivering top-notch products to the business's customers.
  • Timely Delivery: Work closely with the production schedule to ensure on-time and complete delivery, contributing to the seamless flow of production processes.
  • Material Management: Oversee the proper labelling, storage, and containment of raw materials, maintaining an organised and efficient inventory system.
  • Stock Control: Keep stock control systems up to date, enabling accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Forklift Operation: Possess a valid forklift license and utilise your expertise to manage forklift operations safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, with a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organisational skills to manage inventory and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software for tracking and reporting.
  • Valid forklift license and demonstrated competence in forklift operation.
