JOB TITLE: Customer Services Assistant
JOB LOCATION: Spalding - parking on site
JOB TYPE: temp but could do perm
JOB DURATION: 3 to 4 months to start off with
JOB HOURS: Mon to Fri; 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
JOB NOTES: this role is 100% office based with no plans to work from home

Your new company
Our client is a growing business in the tech sector and one of their customer service team has extended her maternity leave by a few months, so they have asked us to help find cover. This will be a temp job to start off with, but as the business is expanding, if you like them and they like you, there's always the possibility for something on a more permanent basis.

Your new role
Your job will be to take incoming calls, respond to webchat messages, and reply to emails from both domestic and commercial customers to respond to their queries and questions. Of course, you'll get all the training you need on anything that is company or product specific.
The team is based in the Spalding office full-time (no working from home) and you'll work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is keen to hire someone who has call centre experience as well as (and most importantly) having brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal. Being a people person means that you'll naturally be attracted to this role and we're keen to see experience of dealing with customers in an office environment, updating databases, following up with colleagues and working to KPIs.
