My client is a UK based translation company offering legal, technical and creative translation and interpreting services to law firms, financial institutions and corporates in Europe, UK, Russia and CIS countries.
The role will include:-
- Managing and coordinating multiple translation/interpreting/voice-over projects
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with contract translators, proof-readers, interpreters, voice-over artists globally
- Negotiating rates and deadlines with contract translators to maximise profitability and efficiency
- Managing and expanding the database of customers and resources
- Working on CRM platform: order workflow, gross profit analysis, updates to customer groups, data entry, etc.
- Billing projects (dealing with financial invoices) and credit control
- Preparation of various legal certificates and affidavits
- Trouble-shooting problem projects
- Investigating clients' queries
- Proof-reading and occasional translation
- General office and administration duties
