Key responsibilities as the HR Administrator will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including support of recruitment when required.
  • Assist the Recruitment department with, preparing new starter employment packs, inputting data on the HR database, right to work checks and archiving leavers.
  • Compiling letters, such as changes to terms and conditions, resignation acceptance's, failed probation
  • Uploading and maintaining employee records on our People Management system
  • Responsibility for ensuring all necessary staff have DBS checks complete.
  • Provide HR support as requested by the HR Business Partner and HR Talent Business Partner.
  • Auditing employee files ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Audit the SMS processes ensuring operational teams are following HR processes.
  • Assisting the HR team with system updates/amendments
  • Assisting with the administration of Occupational Health appointments
  • Liaising with training providers sourcing the most cost-effective training solutions
  • Writing up meeting minutes
  • Take ownership of the recording and management of probation, induction, and new starter pack documentation.
