A global and leading accountancy practice in the heart of the music industry has a newly created role for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is your chance to combine your financial expertise with your love for music and contribute to the success of talented artists and musicians across the UK and internationally.
This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with full study support and the opportunity to work in a great, ambitious team.
Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT and payments for a range of music clients and possible Actors/Actresses
- Processing of payment packs
- Managing payment runs and processing purchase invoices
- You will be reconciling bank accounts & credit cards
- Day to day support for the Business Management team
- Data analysis
- Dealing with all expenses
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of working in an accounting practice
- Passion for developing your career in accounting, finance and business management
- Have started AAT, ACCA or ACA, either in studies or though employment
- Enthusiastic & Excellent communication skills
- A real interest in everything music!
