Finance Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team in Ashford. This full-time, permanent position is office-based and offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. The role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is either part-qualified or qualified by experience, ready to take on the responsibility of managing our financial operations.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Develop financial reviews and providing investment advice.
- Manage company budgets and conducting risk management.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Part-qualified or qualified by experience in finance or a related field.
