Interim FP&A Group Reporting Analyst - Real Estate
Immediate start required / 9+ Months Contract / Inside IR35 / Potential Temp to Perm Conversion / Hybrid working model)

What you'll be doing:
As an FP&A Group Reporting Analyst, you will collaborate with a skilled and experienced team that delivers exceptional service to both the Business and the Group. By applying your commercial and financial analysis expertise, you will contribute to providing valuable insights that shape strategic direction and uncover new business opportunities.
Proficiency in IT is crucial for this role, particularly with systems like CCH Tagetik (Strategic Reporting & Forecasting Tool) and Microsoft GP (Accounting System). A highly motivated, dedicated, and fast-learning individual will find ample opportunities for rapid advancement within the team and the company.

What we need you to bring to the business:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - degree educated
- Demonstrable record of delivery in a Finance position with recent exposure to FP&A and Corporate Accounting
- Advanced MS Office skills - Any other reporting systems experience would be a bonus
- An Excel expert
- Ability to manipulate large files of data in excel
- Commercially minded and highly analytical problem solver
- Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels both internally and externally
