Responsibilities
Following inbound and/or outbound returns processes.
- Maintain inventory and stock in line with the process.
- Ensure optimum levels of stock integrity are achieved through an understanding of all processes and procedures of returns operations.
- Ensure the highest operational standards are always met.
- Use of WMS to ensure the booking in and processing of returns to ensure products are:
- Classified and registered at the point of inbound.
- Checked and confirmed upon receipt.
- Manage stock route depending on the classification.
- Systematically process the returned items in line with the classification.
- Updated with action steps taken on WMS.
- Photograph using the PDA
- Follow all safety processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with expected 7s standards.
- Communicate any issues with your supervisor.
- General warehouse duties including hygiene, picking, and loading.
