Are you a meticulous and innovative professional with a passion for ensuring excellence in equipment validation and continuous improvement? We are seeking 2 skilled Validation Technologists to join our client's dynamic team based in Liverpool. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to their validation processes and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. The successful candidates will also be involved in an exciting new project connected to a new facility overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Validation: Execute and oversee validation activities for a range of equipment, ensuring all systems meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse validation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Create a Site Validation Masterplan: Develop and maintain a comprehensive validation master plan for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lifecycle Validation: Manage the full lifecycle of validation processes, from initial qualification to ongoing performance monitoring and revalidation.
  • Budget Controls: Oversee validation budget, ensuring cost-effective validation activities without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to optimize validation efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment validation and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
