THE ROLE

:

You will have a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property which will include:

Freehold and Leasehold purchases and sales of both residential and commercial properties

Buy to let

Purchase of newly built properties

Purchase of property off plan

Buying under the Right to Buy Scheme (Council and Housing Association)

Mortgages and re-mortgages of both residential and commercial properties

Leases – new, renewals and extensions for a variety of businesses

Lease assignments

Licence arrangements

Rent reviews

Partnership agreements

Planning and licensing applications

THE CANDIDATE

:

You should be newly qualified or have 1 year PQE and experience of both residential and conveyancing property transactions.

This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual who can work independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own caseload, have dealt with transactions at every stage from inception to post-completion, and will be comfortable in client facing situations.

The ability to speak Turkish is desirable.
