Description
- Oversee the IT department's strategic direction, development, and future growth
- Ensure the smooth operation and security of all IT systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guidelines
- Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
- Conduct regular system audits
- Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Ensure IT systems compliance with laws and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies and trends
- Manage the technology in the call centres & field operatives
- Incident management
- Present to Senior Leadership, Board and PE
Profile
- Experience in managing and delivering IT systems
- Strong understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Call / Contact Centre Experience
- Multi office environment
- Managing 20+ in team size
- Used to presenting to the board, PE and Senior Leadership
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
- Working with large multi-million budget
Job Offer
£120,000 - £145,000 + Equity + 30% Bonus + Benefits
