Planning and Governance Manager | Inside IR35 | 2/3 days onsite
We are seeking an experienced Planning and Governance Manager to lead a critical turnaround initiative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, organisational transformation, and implementing effective governance structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
- Establish robust governance frameworks
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Drive decision-making processes
- Report to senior leadership on project status
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in project management, preferably in turnaround situations
- Strong background in governance and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension
Location: Reading 2/3 days per week
