NEC Housing, Northgate Housing system
An NEC Housing Systems Specialist is required for our client for an initial 3-month contract. This is a remote position.
We are seeking an NEC Housing systems specialist to support our client with the finalisation of their build for a system go-live.
The consultant will be required to provide development and technical support for outstanding build areas, and to work with the project team on the following activities:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting build and configuration issues.
- Amending and finalising the build of Housing Online.
- Clearing our letters backlog - building templates, writing SQL to populate letters, creating GPI modules to produce letters.
- Developing system reports based on service requirements.
- Developing and running scripts to support ad-hoc data loads, either as a corrective action to an identified issue or as part of preparation for go-live
- Providing issue and error management expertise as part of future test migrations and the go-live migration; this should include diagnosing and addressing any load errors
- Implementing task manager/workflow rules across the system
- Building and deploying core system features, such as warning codes, key details functionality
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a sufficient level of experience and competence to perform this role autonomously.
