Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEN across a range of classroom settings.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans.
- Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Assist in both the academic and personal development of SEN students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is beneficial but not essential.
- A strong interest in supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Adaptability and a positive, proactive attitude.
