Vehicle Technician - Maidenhead -
Basic Salary - £35,000
OTE - £42,000 -
Saturdays Paid as Overtime -
Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Maidenhead have the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team
Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
- In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
- Warranty Repairs
- New Car PDI's and Used Car Multi-Point Inspections
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- 1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
- Franchised Dealer Experience
- MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) If not you will be helped to qualify
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary of up to £35,000 DOE
- On Target Earnings of £42,000
- Paid Overtime on Saturdays

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
- Saturdays (1 in 2) 8.30am - 12.30pm (paid at time and a half (1.5) overtime)
