Electrical Project Manager Permanent Full-Time
Salary - Circa £50,000 DOE
Location - Hybrid, Aylesbury
We're supporting an electrical design & build company who specialise in electrical installations from lighting, EV, emergency power, validations, commissioning, and containment within the commercial and industrial sectors across the UK.
Due to a high demand in their services, they're now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team of professionals. You will oversee projects within office fitouts across the UK but predominantly within the UK.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
- Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project
- Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an electrical operations project
- Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines
- Developing step-by-step project plans
- Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time
- Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders
- Resolving any issues or delays
- Working in an office or onsite across the UK, predominantly within London
Experiences required
- Proven commercial experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Previous office fitout experience is desirable
- A background in electrical, either academic or time served
- Educated within Project Management as a BA, BSc or MSc is advantageous
- Qualifications in PRINCE 2, APM, PMI, NEBOSH, SMSTS is advantageous
