The Burford Recruitment Company is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time Housekeeper for a beautiful 10-bedroom property located near Burford.
Our client is looking for someone to join them 25 to 30 hours per week, spread over 5 days. Weekend availability is required and will agreed upon in advance.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks in all areas of the property, including the kitchen, living areas, hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, cinema room and pool house
- Polishing, dusting, vacuuming and removing cobwebs
- Laundry care, with specific attention to high-end materials
- Pet care, ensuring the dog and cat bowls are kept clean and filled with fresh water
- Identify and report any maintenance issues within the property
- Only chemical-free, green, and environmentally friendly cleaning products are used throughout the property
- Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential, preferably within a private household
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions and adapt to the household needs and schedule
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to tasks
- A driving licence would be preferred due to the rural location however there is a bus/ cycling route available
Additional Information
- £36,000 to £40,000 pro rata
- 25 to 30 hours per week, over 5 days
- Weekend availability required
