Are you looking for a permanent or seasonal Administrator role? If so we currently have opportunity available for a Property Administrator on a permanent or temporary basis based in St.Ives and Hayle. It is essential that you have a Driving Licence for this position.
Joining a friendly and collaborative team this position will involve assisting the teams in both locations to include:
- Collating the necessary documents for new and existing properties
- Liaising with property owners, guests and local trades
- Supporting the Property Managers with property maintenance, photos of properties and general admin duties.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, great organisational skills and able to work well as part of a friendly team.
Previous background in a holiday letting background would be desirable but not essential. If you are from a Admin / Coordinator background and highly organised we would love to hear from you!
Full Time hrs, including 3 out of 4 Saturdays (1 day off in the week) + one late shift a month
9am to 5pm Mon to Fri
Pay from £23,500 per year + Profit Share
