I'm working with a very cool & creative OOH agency on an exciting Account Director role. Working with predominantly fashion & luxury clients, this role requires a commercially savvy and relationship driven candidate with previous experience within business development and driving revenue.
The role
- Working directly with the agency's clients and brands to develop new business and ensure customer satisfaction
- Taking a strategic approach to each account and identify areas for increasing revenue
- Liaising closely with marketing to build a toolkit that showcases who the agency are, what they do and why clients want to work with them
- Regularly networking within the industry, attending the right events and building the agencies presence in the fashion space
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensuring everything running smoothly and inline with each brief
- Working closely with the senior leadership team across reporting and business planning
The Candidate
- Prior experience growing and developing accounts Is a big must have
- Experience working to Inspire and nurture more junior team members Is Important
- Adland experience is essential, with OOH experience being an added bonus!
- Experience working to target and delivering above and beyond expectations
