As their Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our client's business, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, providing insightful analysis and recommendations, and leading a small team of finance professionals.
Your main goal will be to optimise profitability and support decision-making processes, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
Your key responsibilities as the Commercial Finance Business Partner will include:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and maximise profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Lead the commercial finance team of 3, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and business support.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes where applicable
Your key skills will include:
- Proven experience within FP&A or Commercial Finance roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Be a strong team leader, assisting with development
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
- Experience in the Professional services or Legal sector would be highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems.
