We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join an established maintenance provider.
Privately owned, our client holds all the benefits of having a family feel around the business, whilst also being a medium sized business with contracts UK wide, offering stability in their roles.
The mobile engineer will cover planned and reactive maintenance on a portfolio of commercial properties in Portsmouth, Southampton, Worthing, Eastbourne, Reading, Crawley and Tunbridge Wells, without any sites being located in London.
Candidates should be electrically qualified with a good mechanical knowledge, covering pumps, booster sets, seals, bearings having at least three years in the commercial building services maintenance sector.

Requirements
- City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical Installations
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
