We are recruiting for an Customer Service Advisor for a large business in South Leeds. This role is a permanent full-time position, which is recruited on a temporary to permanent basis.
It would be advantageous if you experience in a similar position.
The hours for this position are 40 per week operating between 8am - 5pm and this role in based on-site in Morley.
Some of the key duties will include;
- Take responsibility for handling customer orders and enquiries across a broad product range
- Provide a friendly and helpful response to customer enquiries
- Accurate and regular order entry to help achieve minimum time delay between receipt of order and despatch of goods
- Resolve customer queries / complaints to the satisfaction of all parties
- Maintain close contact with purchasing staff at key customers to better understand their working practices
