Maintenance Operative
Start Date - Monday 16th June 2025
£16 per hour PAYE
Salisbury, Wiltshire
We are looking for a maintenance operative for a mobile role covering sites in Salisbury, Swindon and Bristol. This is a temp to Perm role and comes with a company van and fuel card. The ideal candidate will be expected to carry out planned and re active maintenance on various sites and manage own workload
As a Maintenance Operative duties will involve.
- Emergency light and fire alarm testing
- Basic Plumbing - Repairing leaks, changing taps, washers
- Legionella water temperature checks
- Replacing bulbs
- General Building repairs
You Must have
- Relevant maintenance experience
- DBS Clearance (Can be arranged when started)
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- Driving licence
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
