The Role - Senior Assurance Officer:
As the Senior Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational team and maintaining strong relationships with education and training partners. You will be the go-to person for the Assurance Officers and the Assurance Coordinator, providing essential guidance and support. You'll also deputise for the Certified Training & Education Manager when necessary and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and communications.
Key Responsibilities - Senior Assurance Officer:
- Team support: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues and deputise for the Certified Training & Education Manager.
- Partner engagement: Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing education and training partners, ensuring they are fully informed and supported.
- Quality assurance: Oversee and address quality issues, ensuring all educational content and delivery meets the organisation's high standards.
- Continuous improvement: Collaborate on refining processes and communications to enhance the partner and learner experience
Skills and Experience required - Senior Assurance Officer:
- Experience: Degree level education or equivalent experience, with a background in customer service or relationship management within a business-to-business environment.
- Attention to detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
- Team player: An approachable and supportive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Organisational skills: High-level planning and organisation to meet deadlines and performance indicators.
