TPP are recruiting for a Senior Assurance Officer on behalf of our client, a longstanding professional membership and awarding body.

Benefits - Senior Assurance Officer:

  • Salary: £35-36,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • Employment type: Permanent

  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

  • 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday with 45 minutes lunch

  • 9am-4pm Friday with 1 hour lunch

  • Working arrangements: Hybrid working (office in London)

  • Other: Significant investment in employee CPD

The Role - Senior Assurance Officer:

As the Senior Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational team and maintaining strong relationships with education and training partners. You will be the go-to person for the Assurance Officers and the Assurance Coordinator, providing essential guidance and support. You'll also deputise for the Certified Training & Education Manager when necessary and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and communications.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Assurance Officer:

  • Team support: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues and deputise for the Certified Training & Education Manager.
  • Partner engagement: Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing education and training partners, ensuring they are fully informed and supported.
  • Quality assurance: Oversee and address quality issues, ensuring all educational content and delivery meets the organisation's high standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate on refining processes and communications to enhance the partner and learner experience

Skills and Experience required - Senior Assurance Officer:

  • Experience: Degree level education or equivalent experience, with a background in customer service or relationship management within a business-to-business environment.
  • Attention to detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
  • Team player: An approachable and supportive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Organisational skills: High-level planning and organisation to meet deadlines and performance indicators.

  • 2 stages

  • 1st stage online

  • 2nd stage in person (London)
