Be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the development of ACA learning materials and the creation of learning content that supports both students and tutors.

Role Profile

To provide administrative assistance and support to the Learning Team in the creation and development of learning materials and resources for ICAEW qualifications. The role is fundamental to ensuring all partners in learning and students can access materials, software and data bases that supports their learning and teaching.

Responsibilities include:

  • To provide administrative support in the development of ACA learning materials, including the annual update of documentation for stakeholders which includes errata, syllabus, and guidance documents.
  • To work with the Learning Content Manager to enter data into the practice software to create practice exams for students and tutors, meeting production deadlines.
  • To provide administrative support for Partners in Learning including managing access to various PiL resources, such as PDF materials and Data Analytics Software.
  • To complete regular checks on the ICAEW website to ensure accuracy of information, as well as the internet for any potential misuse ICAEW learning content.
  • To support the Learning Team with enquiry management through various channels providing prompt and professional resolutions.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • MS Office Computer Literate
  • Experience of administration processes and good attention to detail skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Some knowledge of the ACA and the accountancy profession would be beneficial
  • Strong proofreading skills
