Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients within the UK and the USA.
- You will be able to professionally and credibly advise clients on accounts and payment queries
- Full ownership of the month end accounts, including timely preparation of consolidated management accounts, production of the monthly reporting Pack
- Completing VAT returns
- Preparing and submitting payroll and expenses
- Dealing with Balance Sheet Reconciliation including Accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Investment Reporting
- Lender Reporting
- Assisting with Annual Audits
- Ensuring UK and USA compliance is fulfilled per state requirements
- Management of Workers Compensation
- Conducting payment runs in line with cashflow requirements
- Ad hoc analysis required by portfolio businesses
- You will have a minimum of 2 years practice experience.
- You will be personable, professional and able to engage people to build working relationships both internally and externally.
- You will be a self-starter who is solution driven and pro-active.
- You will enjoy working collaboratively.
- You will hold Advanced MS Excel Skills with the ability to do XLookUps, Pivot Tables and more.
- Experience with XERO
- Exceptional attention to detail is key.
