Part time contract 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesdays) teaching KS3 Science
We are looking for an exceptional Science Teacher who can promote learning and continue to increase standards for a welcoming secondary school in Brent from September 2024. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Science Teacher to inspire enthusiasm and a love of science in the students, and help maintain the standards of a highly regarded science department.
The role
As a successful Science Teacher, you will uphold high teaching standards throughout the curriculum and teach all three sciences at KS3 level. By demonstrating commitment, fostering discipline, and crafting engaging lessons, you will inspire students as a role model. The ideal candidate
The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils' success and therefore the successful Science Teacher must have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- An ability to teach science at Key Stage 3 biology, chemistry and physics
- A passion for science
- Enthusiasm commitment and flexibility
- The desire and ability to work on an individual and team basis
- An ability to promote effective teaching and learning
