Description
The key responsibilities of a Learning and Development Coach candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programmes for the Human Resources department
- Identify training needs and gaps in performance across the team
- Facilitate various training sessions and workshops
- Monitor and report on training programme effectiveness
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve employee performance
- Act as a mentor and coach for team leaders within the department
- Ensure alignment of training with the company's strategic goals
- Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends in the recruitment consultancy industry
Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience in learning and development within a recruitment consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of effective learning and development strategies
- Proven track record of enhancing team performance
- Ability to design and implement strategic training programmes
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to commute to Trafford
