Junior Administrator SHEFFIELD

Hours Full time Monday to Friday, Permanent

Key responsibilities:
o Order acknowledgement - responding to client emails
o Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
o Entering new jobs onto the system
o Creating delivery notes and day work sheets
o Checking and filing credit card and fuel card receipts
o Booking transport
o Stock ordering
o Sending and completing invoice records
o Producing excels spreadsheets and data entry
o Live job book input
o Visual compliance
Knowledge and Experience requirements
- 1 years' experience in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
