Key Responsibilities: As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Liaise with staff to gather job specifications, understand their hiring needs, and provide timely updates on candidate progress.
  • Sales Support: Assist the recruitment team in preparing proposals and reports to showcase the value of our recruitment services.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, job specifications, and candidate details on our databases.
  • Coordination: Schedule client meetings, interviews, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Team Support: Support the senior team with diary management and stats
  • Invoicing and Documentation: Generate and manage invoices, contracts, and other documentation to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or support role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
