Alexander Lloyd has an exciting new role for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a well established insurance firm operating in the London market. The role will be to oversee a portfolio of corporate Clients in regards to their Employee Benefits policies.
- Leading multiline mid-market clients as a technical and trusted advisor, ensuring client retention
- Understand clients benefit requirements and develop a strategic approach to benefit programmes
- Ensure renewal timelines are met, market reviews undertaken and policies placed in advance of renewal
- Review service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolve
- Support the broader development of insurer relationships
Knowledge Needed:
- Proven track record of effective stakeholder management
- Proven experience in UK mid-corporate benefit broking/consulting environment
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- CII Qualification Is desirable
