Location: Bradford - BD4
Office based - Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. The role is working within a highly successful and supportive coordination team, and they are looking for a capable and organised administrator to manage logistics and ensure products and equipment arrive to site on time.

The role will involve:

  • Inputting client orders onto the warehouse management system
  • Checking data and ensuring it is correct
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Booking transport and calculating costs
  • Producing despatch paperwork
  • Uploading supplier deliver details
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Producing reports and analysing data
  • Resolving issues and handling queries from customers over the phone and via email.

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Problem solving and prioritisation
  • Strong communication skills
  • A good team player and able to keep calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
