Role Overview:
International law firm as an opportunity to join their Financial Markets and Products group, where our banking lawyers advise on a diverse range of international and domestic finance transactions. Seeking a skilled English law expert with a focus on lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transactions, ensuring timely delivery.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication.
- Contribute to business development and client engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with corporate and real estate teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10 years+ PQE with significant experience in transactional banking.
- Strong academic background and legal drafting skills.
