£24,000 + £10,000 OTC | West Malling, Hybrid | Permanent

We're recruiting for an Internal Account Executive to join a leading name in the professional services sector. You'll be part of a collaborative commercial team, responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients across both commercial and residential sectors.

The Role:

  • Building strategic relationships with a portfolio of existing B2B clients
  • Identifying upsell opportunities across a suite of industry-specific products
  • Delivering online training sessions, account reviews and product presentations
  • Conducting virtual client meetings to deepen engagement and maximise usage
  • Analysing client activity and usage to drive retention and increase share of wallet
  • Feeding market insights back into the business to support product development

Essential Skillset:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales/account management role
  • A confident communicator with a consultative and customer-focused approach
  • Someone who thrives on building relationships and exceeding targets
  • Organised, methodical and commercially astute
  • Comfortable presenting and analysing data (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A natural team player with the drive to continuously learn and develop

Package:

  • £24,000 + £10,000 OTC
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • Full onboarding training and development
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
