My client is looking to hire someone to focus on the London market although will look at individuals who have experience recruiting into different geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the Legal private practice market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Strategize and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to their professional development.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Legal sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
