Purpose of the Role
To keep the premises secure for all staff and visitors to the site.
Report and record all incidents that take place.
Provide excellent customer service to all staff and visitors to site.
Undertake regular patrols of the site and maintaining a visible presence.
Secure the site with use of CCTV systems and body worn cameras.
Deal with any incidents that occur, and work with local policing teams and PCSO's.
Key Responsibilities
Outdoor patrols of the site
Using CCTV systems
Liaise with tenants, staff
Fill in the incident log book
Liaise with local policing teams
Sign in visitors and contractors
General customer service responsibilities (answering questions from tenants, visitors etc)
Dealing with lost & found
Dealing with alarm activations
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Must have door supervisor and CCTV SIA Licence
Must have 1st aid certificate
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to use own initiative, and work well in a team, as well as lone working.
Working Hours - 40 hours per week
Salary - £13.60 per hour
