Trainee Automation Engineer required to join a well-established Manufacturing company that is based in the Swadlincote area and specialise in conveying & specialist handling equipment for the food, beverage & pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be part of a growing department, focused on designing and implementing solutions which incorporate best of breed technologies and methodologies.

Position Overview
- Designing and implementing solutions which incorporate best of breed technologies and methodologies
- Developing PLC based solutions along with multipackage visualisation, both HMI and SCADA applications using the latest packages from the industry leaders, such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi & Siemens

Position Requirements
- Experience within an electrical working background or obtained a relevant electrical qualification
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be flexible in their methods of working.
**Trainee Automation Engineer
Position Remuneration
- Full time - Permanent position
- Monday to Friday - 40-hour week
- Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
