The Role
As an Audit Senior at this impressive firm, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking ownership of a portfolio, under your managers guidance
- Being responsible for audits from planning to completion
- Working on a range of clients, with a focus on SME's
- Coaching/training junior members of staff
- Contributing to achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Cultivating lasting client relationships
- Active involvement in completing audit fieldwork, including planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, often on-site at client premises
- Preparing statutory financial statements based on client data, identifying high-risk areas or matters of concern for Partner/Manager review
The Ideal Candidate
- ACA/ACCA Qualified (Equivalent)
- A solid understanding of IFRS/UKGAAP
- The ability to coach and mentor junior team members
