Walker Cole International is searching for a Principal Executive Search Consultant to join our global executive search practice. As the Principal Executive Search Consultant you will lead a portfolio of mandates covering multiple specialisms and geographical locations. The position is available on a hybrid basis and full / part-time depending on the seniority of the candidate.
Responsibilities for the Principal Executive Search Consultant will be:
- Deliver research, candidate assessment and shortlists for client mandates.
- Manage multiple client assessment processes to conclusion.
- Account manage existing client relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Maintain a network of executive contacts through meetings and reference calls.
- Introduce Executive Search to existing Walker Cole clients currently using Talent or Interim Solution services.
The successful candidate for the Principal Executive Search Consultant will demonstrate the following:
- Degree or Masters educated in business, life sciences or finance
- Executive Search or Professional Recruitment work experience
- Previous work experience of executive hiring or senior recruitment
- Willing to work in London 2 or 3 days per week as part of a hybrid working pattern.
