Contract Personnel are seeking a multi-skilled General Maintenance Worker to join their extremely busy client's team in North Norfolk on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities include cleaning, upkeep, management, and maintenance of over 200 holiday homes across the region.
This diverse role offers a new experience every day, from deep cleaning and gardening, to maintenance checks, window cleaning, decorating, and much more!
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of similar experience and be over 21 with a full UK driving license, as a company van and all necessary tools ad cleaning supplies will be provided.
This role operates Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and a weekday off.
Salary is £32k, but flexible depending on exerience.
