Exciting newly created role as
People Advisor
for our City Centre based client – working in a generalist capacity managing ER casework, supporting the acquisition and retention of talent and in ensuring payroll reflects all changes and updates.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, and as
People Advisor
will be responsible for:
- People operations – ensuring colleagues and line managers fully utilise the self-service capability of the HR IS system.
- Accurate and timely updating and reporting on key data from within the system Deliver accurate and timely monthly and ad hoc payroll processes, including organisational charts, turnover, and People Team trackers.
- Maintain employee life cycle internal administration processes and materials to maximise talent attraction, development, retention and ED&I properties. Identify gaps and make recommendations.
- Recruitment activity including supporting delivery of apprenticeships, recruitment administration and always promoting the employer brand
- Oversight and delivery of all ER case work within your customer departments
